I have spent more than three decades working across the hospitality, corporate and travel sectors, including 11 years leading sales, marketing and guest services for the trailblazing Merivale Group. 

My consultancy portfolio embraces all aspects of food & beverage, client services, events, strategy and delivery. 

I chose 2020, the most challenging year in hospitality’s history, to launch A Bite at a Time! Despite this, my business has rapidly become the go-to for everything from venue and operational planning for major launches to the reimagining of end-to-end hospitality experiences. 

My experience and passion for the industry means I have a trusted network of contacts and a sixth sense that helps me identify small problems before they turn into big ones. When I work with  clients, I examine every area and complete in-depth analysis before devising a step-by-step plan to achieve business goals, whether they are hoping to design and launch an incredible new venue with a bang or build a high-performing team that runs like a well-oiled machine.
